Joss investigated a noise and found Valentin hiding in the attic as Britt’s patient died.
At Carly’s, Joss corners Valentin at gunpoint in the attic. She pummels him to the floor.
As she hogties him, Carly pops up. Her daughter guesses she’s been aiding and abetting a fugitive.
“That’s right,” Carly says. He’s the only way she can get Joss out of the WSB and she regrets none of this.
Joss reminds her she’s an adult. She thinks her mom has no idea what she’s done.
She takes her mom down to the kitchen, lecturing her about all the crimes she’s committed.
Her mom admits she’s known she’s an agent for months. She didn’t join the girl scouts.
Carly explains that Jason respected enough not to lie to her face about this.
They continue bellowing at each other and Joss explains that lying to her was part of her cover. Jack recruited her, but it was her choice to join.
Her mom refuses to believe that. Joss admits she was determined to hide the truth from everyone.
Carly asks why she would let Jack recruit her into such an awful life.
Joss claims she’s doing this for justice. She explains she found proof Cyrus killed Dex so she hunted him down and killed him.
Cyrus was only the first person she killed. It’s just part of the job.
Her mom is amazed by how skilled she’s been at lying. She can’t believe that Jack could have taken advantage of her like this.
Joss explains that Jack pushed her to Cyrus. Now she wants to take down Sonny and everyone like him.
He was great when she was little, but then she grew up and saw the real him. The cops can’t stop him, but the WSB can.
She’s spent her life being lectured about all the good he does, but Morgan is dead because of him. He almost killed Dex and almost got his other kids killed.
Joss can’t stand out how irrational her mom is about Sonny. Someone has to take him down.
Carly begs her not to throw her life away like this. Joss accuses her of refusing to acknowledge who Sonny is.
Since she doesn’t want to put her in prison, she gives her 24 hours to get rid of Valentin or she will.
Back upstairs, Valentin gets free and grabs his bag.
He goes downstairs and joins Carly once Joss has left.
Jack stops by Jason’s office and asks him for information about Cullum.
After remembering Britt’s warning, Jason refuses to say anything.
Jack explains he’s trying to shield Joss and doesn’t want Cullum to use her. Jason doesn’t trust him.
Brennan explains that he’s the one who made the evidence against Carly go away.
Jason remains vague and won’t say anything but agrees to let him know if Cullum reaches out.
In the GH locker room, Britt and Liz talk about how hard it is to lose a patient. Baby Janes Doe seems to be holding her own, at least.
Britt tells the nurse she’s impressed by all the work she did tonight. She may find her insufferable, but can see why patients like her.
They discuss how hard it was for them to see a mother die in birth.
Sitting alone, Britt sniffles and sends emojis to Jason.
In the corridor, Felicia spots Lulu and Nathan kissing. After the cop walks off, Felicia stomps over and immediately confronts her.
Lulu assures it is very new. Felicia says it’s “wildly inappropriate” and accuses her of being inconsiderate.
Lulu reminds her that Maxie chose Spinelli and Felicia asks her to think about how Maxie will react.
Lulu says seven years have gone by. Felicia asks what would have happened if Maxie had chosen Nathan.
Lulu is offended when she suggests that she would have snuck around with Nathan.
Agreeing that Maxie deserves the truth, Lulu promises she will explain everything to her and hope she forgives. But Maxie made her choice. Felicia thinks she wants to keep her bestfriend and her husband. She can’t see that working.
At GH, Chase tries to keep BLQ calm as she fills out paperwork on Delilah. They don’t know anything.
Nathan joins them and explains he found a purse what it was cleaned out. They will try to match the mother’s DNA and go through missing persons.
The cops will start asking questions in the morning.
After Nathan walks off, they hand the paperwork to Felicia and she tells them they can visit the baby.
Chase and BLQ go to see the baby. It breaks her heart the baby will grow up without a mom. He promises they will find her family and take care of her.
Lulu runs into Nathan and fills him in on her confrontation with Felicia. It made her realize that she needs to tell Maxie the truth. She’s ready to own her feelings for him but hopes it doesn’t cost her her bestfriend.
Sonny walks into his studio with wine as Justine is getting dressed.
He assures her they are safe there and no one will be in the building for weeks. She thinks it’s for the best that no one finds out they spent the night together.
They agree this will never happen again and she exits.
They laugh about how they’ve scratched the itch they’ve been feeling and toast to it never happening again.
Britt goes to Jason’s office and tells him about the dead mother. The baby survived. Britt doesn’t understand why she’s so emotional about this. She tried to stop it, but it wasn’t enough.
