General Hospital fans are debating online about who the most trusted character on the show is. Given the nature of constant shifting alliances and hidden agendas among the characters, it seems necessary to have a few who are truly loyal and someone who can keep a secret.
So, fans took a vote on who they think that character is.

General Hospital fans think Jason is the most trustworthy character
There is no doubt that General Hospital has a lot going on at any given moment. Several storylines are taking place simultaneously, including Drew’s shooting, Anna’s kidnapping, Dalton’s murder, Sidwell’s secret project, Valentin’s manhunt, and so much more.
However, none of these storylines would work as intended if a character chooses to confide in the wrong person.
That’s why it’s important for the show to include characters others can rely on without worrying about being double-crossed.
With that in mind, fans recently took a vote on the show’s Facebook page to decide who is the most trustworthy character on General Hospital.
A user posted a collage of four characters: Laura, Elizabeth, Jason, and Dante. They captioned it with their answer and asked others to choose as well. They wrote, “Jason. ‘Who would you choose?’”
The post has garnered a lot of attention, garnering thousands of responses. A user explained, “Jason. He’s tight-lipped and doesn’t judge.” Meanwhile, a second user wrote, “Jason or Laura.” A third user shared a similar perspective, “Jason easily, Laura would be my second option.”
Based on the comments, the majority agreed that Jason Morgan is one most trustworthy on General Hospital. Laura Collins followed in second place.
Both characters have been fan-favorites for a reason. Over the years, they have both portrayed favorable actions that put them in a good light.
Most notably, Jason has been the one whom a lot of characters seek help from. For example, he took care of Dalton’s body when Laura was set up, and quite recently, Britt confided in him about Sidwell forcing her to complete Faison’s project.
Given the character’s history, it is safe to assume that he’ll take the secrets to his grave, while also helping them in anyway he can.
