While many fans came forward to defend her, some fans remained unimpressed with the mini-skirt look.
Not all General Hospital fans are okay with Charlotte’s mini-skirt look
Some General Hospital fans did not like that Charlotte’s mini-skirt appeared very short in the latest episode of the show. One fan sparked the debate about Charlotte dressing immodestly in a new post on General Hospital Fans – Official.
“I want to be able to create a post without having a million people getting nasty over. This is my opinion and my opinion only.
You can agree or disagree, but don’t get ugly,” the user began in the post, which also included a picture of Charlotte’s outfit, “I think Charlotte’s skirt is smaller than a handkerchief.
I don’t know how she can walk around in it or sit in it for heaven’s sake. Yes, she is young and has beautiful legs, but a little modesty can go a long way.”
Some users agreed with the comment. “I totally agree with you. I had to do a double take to be sure it was as immodest as I thought,” one user wrote, for instance.
But there were many in the comment section who disagreed with the analysis. “Well in the 70s we did just fine and were taught how to sit and stand in Micro-mini skirts.
Style keeps going around,” one user replied while another stated, “You must have forgotten the late 60’s-70’s when we wore mini skirts to school…Charlotte’s outfit? It’s attractive & she knows how to sit in a short skirt & has tights on too, so I don’t see an issue…”
Fans of General Hospital appear to remain divided over the issue. Charlotte continues to be an important character and continues to be a fan favorite.
